"My experience with Ivy Heating and Air was great! We had Ivy come out to fix our AC after it stopped blowing cold air. I called a few places that I found online and left voicemails but my brother in law suggested that I call Ivy Heating and Air. I called, talked to the owner and he was able to come out to our house the very next day. Fast Service! He arrived on schedule and listened intently to me explain what happened with our AC. I let him know that our HVAC system was 15+ yrs old and that it had stopped blowing cold air the day before and that I was worried that it could be a costly repair or might even need to be replaced due to its age. After reviewing our entire HVAC system he hopped onto our roof and told me to turn on the AC for a few seconds then asked me to turn it off. A few minutes later he came down and explained to me that he ran a list of tests to diagnose the issue and that all things pointed to having a faulty capacitor.
